Terms and conditions


Bohkká sells products via e-commerce. Product prices include a of VAT 24%. 

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Bohkká reserves the right to adjust shipping costs. Bohkká is responsible for e-commerce website maintenance, including pricing and inventory information.

When placing an order, the customer agrees to valid terms and conditions that apply to all Bohkkán online store products for delivery.These terms and conditions are valid, unless the client and Bohkká have agreed to other conditions.

How to order

Products are mainly placed via the Internet at  www.bohkka.fi . All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price, delivery costs, and ordered items. Order confirmation requires a valid email address.


Products and postage are paid by invoice. Upon placing your order, you will receive an invoice in your email. If you do not receive an email with your invoice after placing the order, invoice, please contact:  tiina.pokka @ bohkka.fi .

Ordered items will be reserved for 7 days. If the payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be cancelled. 


We ship products on normal working weekdays. Depending on bank transfers, items are shipped within 1 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs

Within Finland, shipping and packaging costs € 10.00 for most items. 

You are able to save on delivery costs by agreeing to pick up your items directly in Ivalo. If you choose this option, you will get a confirmation by e-mail with information on a pick-up time and location. Normally, it is possible to pick up items during normal workdays, Monday through Friday, 9.00-16.00

Exchange and Return Terms

All products purchased from the online store are covered under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from date of shipment. Returned or exchanged products must be unused.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  and you will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the return. When a return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after receiving and processing. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. We do not accept returns after 14 days of delivery.

Custom No product replacement or refund of the law.

If you ordered the wrong product, or received a damaged product, please report it immediately by e-mail  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.   or phone ?358 (0)40 413 0269 Defective product can be returned or exchanged at no cost. If the product is damaged in the mail, make a complaint directly to the post office. Responsibility for a defective product is limited to a maximum of the customer to pay the purchase price of the product. If you want to change a flawless product, we will charge the new shipment postage.
